SPREAD THE DAMN WORD

THAT WAS COOL

(via kevsunga)

No, not a literal box, but a metaphorical one.

A box that is used to figuratively place the the people that you could stand to live without; the people who you have outgrown.

To say you don’t have this oh so special box is a lie.

To say you’re incapable of cutting someone out of of your life, is, well, a serious miscalculation on your part.

Things change. People change.

Inevitably, you and your best friend grow apart.

You get put in the “box” and vice versa.

Don’t think of this box as something bad; think of it as the perfect metaphor for a fresh start.

People may not be replaceable, but you can sure as hell try.

I wrote this a little over a year and a half ago. I was going through my Tumblr and started laughing when I saw this. Don’t get me wrong… it’s good advice, but I think it was just in response to a teenage over reaction. Sophomore to junior year was filled with a lot of… ANGST. Ending senior year with the friends I started with in freshman year is one of the best feelings in the world.

”Sometimes hours can feel like mintues and sometimes, a single second can last a lifetime”

The more articulate one is, the more dangerous words become.

Visiting this weekend. I’ll either love it or hate it.
